    The Opportunity

    The portfolio service is one of the fastest growing areas of our business and due to the success of the current team we are looking to recruit team Portfolio Team Account Managers who will be responsible for the day to day running of the portfolio service.


    The role will involve:


    • Liaising directly with customers on new portfolio instructions from point of quotation to the delivery of the project.
    • Tracking leads and proactively perusing new revenues
    • Undertaking a full consultation with the customer on the project to ensure their requirements are delivered.
    • Upselling and promoting higher net revenue searches.
    • Ensuring all SLAs are met.
    • Management of each portfolio project from quotation through to completion.
    • To build relationships with key accounts and maximise revenue generated.
    • Offering a consultative and efficient service and Monitoring performance and delivery against client objectives.

    About You

    You will be proactive, highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail and a strong communicator.  You will also have/be:


    • B2B sales experience is essential with a proven track record of success
    • Excellent knowledge of SearchFlow’s products and services would be an advantage
    • The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, shifting priorities at short notice
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • A strong team player committed to the objectives of the team.
