We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individual who has a proactive approach in helping us deliver ‘First class Customer Service’ to our portfolio of professional clients based in our Kings Hill, Kent office.
As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will be part of a unique team that is jointly responsible in supporting our client base, ensuring that service is dealt with promptly and thoroughly with a strong focus on first call resolution. You will gain knowledge in aspects of the conveyancing chain and liaise with third-party data providers utilising your excellent interpersonal skills. This is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months.
You will need excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, be pro-active in dealing with queries, have the ability to work well under pressure, be organised and have excellent attention to detail. You will need to be flexible and comfortable work ing as part of a team as well as on your own, with the skill to understand deadlines and targets ideally, you will have some experience in customer service environment.
