    The Opportunity

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Apprentice to join our busy Customer Services Team based in our vibrant Reading office. You will be passionate about providing high quality service, support and advice to our customers.

     

    A typical day will involve you supporting our customers via the telephone, email and incoming post. You will undertake on the job training to investigate all customer queries fully using our available documentation and liaising with our product, consultancy and data teams.  Full training on our internal systems (including MS Office and Salesforce) will also be provided to enable you to record any information relating to customer interactions.

     

    One aspect of the role will involve assisting with the day to day running of one our specialist probate products providing the opportunity to follow an order through from receipt to dispatch and becoming an expert in this product. Additionally, you will provide broader customer services support to the Legal, Environment and Mapping sectors of the team. This will give you the opportunity to learn how each of these market sectors operate and the different approaches required by each of them.

    About You

    To be considered for this apprenticeship it is essential that you are keyboard proficient and have strong PC skills as well as a working knowledge of the internet.  You will also have

     

    • Good standard of education. Minimum A level standard or equivalent
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • A polite and professional telephone manner with the ability to maintain a calm, professional approach when dealing with difficult customers.
    • The ability to organise, prioritise, plan and follow through on multiple concurrent tasks and respond positively to working within strict timeframes
