We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our Solutions team. You will be liaising with our Managed Service customers and working alongside our development and QA teams, and your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.
The core elements of the role will be the identification and definition of those customer requirements for improving parts of processes and systems, reducing their costs, enhancing their sustainability along with the quantification of potential business benefits.
The creation of viable specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the construction of IT systems based on the Customers’ requirements.
The Business Analyst will work closely with Service Delivery Managers and the Sales/Bid team to understand the key business drivers and to provide business analysis services in support of the project, service design and delivery to aid in the achievement of the business goals.
To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. A solid grasp of enterprise technologies together with the ability to apply Agile thinking will enable the Business Analyst to provide best in class solutions to deliver quality services in line with the Customer requirements.
