To ensure the delivery (from inception of idea right through to sales and marketing) of best in class sales and services to the UK Legal and Conveyancing reseller market via a formal re-seller program and framework. This will require the creation of an overall channel business plan, which will identify goals, initiatives and priorities for driving growth. This business plan will be underpinned by business plans for key accounts which will be jointly signed off by both Landmark and the re-seller themselves.
This will involve working with your team of reseller account managers, marketing, product management and back-office functions to address the needs of both clients/prospects (re-sellers) and the end consumers (Conveyancers).
Primarily, this role will be targeted and measured on achieving a budgeted revenue number through growth in both volume of transactions as well as x-upselling to higher value products and bundles. In addition, measures for share of wallet / market share, acquisition and retention will feature.
The role will involve:
•Develop and implement a formal re-seller framework
•Lead and coach a national field sales team to achieve targets and budgets
•Working with Sales Director to design and implement sales and marketing strategies
•Client facing in key customer conversations
•Produce monthly reporting and sales figures on success metrics and manage the team’s performance against these metrics
•Ensure effective implementation of all new products and services
•Ensure effective recruitment activities take place to hire and retain high performing talented individuals
•Create and implement a comprehensive sales training program to keep the sales team at the forefront of the industry and help each salesperson achieve their goals
•Ensure CRM is maintained with key customer information and activity
•Support the development and implementation of group initiatives as required
We are looking for positive, commercial and professional individuals who have:
•Previous experience in a Channel sales management role
•Experience of conveyancing, property/real estate would be an advantage but is not essential.
•A proven track record in management/leadership, creating high-performing teams
•Previous experience of managing targets and budgets.
•Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Software
•Exceptional communication, negotiation, written and oral presentation skills
•Strong motivational skills.
