    Within the division, we also provided other services to our clients; including compliance and lead generation products.




    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Executive to deliver excellent service to our large customer base, whilst playing an important part in gaining new clients. You will be responsible for ensuring all customer queries are handled in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner, with a strong focus on first call resolution whilst meeting individual and team KPI's.  You will have your own allocation of leads to convert into new customers of our market leading and award-winning brand. The role can be remote working/office based.


    You will be part of a high performing, friendly team who won the 'Silver Award' as the second best overall supplier to Estate Agents in the UK at the 2017 ESTAS awards!

    About You

    To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have previous frontline customer service experience with a commitment to quality customer service. A keen interest in people and an enthusiasm to manage your own sales leads from start to end is also key.


    You should be keyboard proficient with strong PC skills with a basic knowledge of windows tools and internet technologies. You will need to be able to explain solutions/help in a way that our customers can understand. In addition, you should have excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner and the ability to remain calm and positive whilst working within a target-oriented environment.
