    The Opportunity

    The New Business Development Director is responsible to the Director of Sales for introducing the Searchflow suit of products to new customers in the conveyancing sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the sales process from prospect identification to close
    • Support customers for the first three months from close, ensuring an excellent standard of service and experience
    • Conduct market research to identify and quantify opportunities
    • Maintain a high level of domain knowledge
    • Provide high quality, ambitious territory plans which are executed as planned
    • Work with technical staff, trainers of customer success and product specialists to address customer requirements
    • Develop and maintain plans for major opportunities including strategic motivators, main stakeholder, buying process and forecasted sales.
    • Work with the marketing and campaigns teams to execute lead generation campaigns
    • Run focus groups to understand the needs of customers & feedback to product development team
    • Provide feedback on products, the market and competitor activity
    • Produce monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
    • Create a successful and positive environment for your team.
    • Liaise closely with the Sales Director, providing regular updates and feedback
    • Represent Searchflow and conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

    • Proven field sales or account management experience, preferably within the business to business sector
    • Calm, composed, professional, high integrity, honest, fair, compassionate
