    The Opportunity

    The Strategic Account Manager forms part of a small elite team specifically charged with managing Searchflow’s largest and strategically important customers. You'll be spearheading revenue growth from these businesses by building strong relationships with the Key Account portfolio, identifying needs and requirements, increasing transactional spend and promoting our Group services to achieve mutual satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop trust relationships with our Key Account portfolio to exceed growth & retention targets
    • Acquire a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and requirements
    • Set and attend face-to-face client meetings from user training through to strategic partnership meetings
    • Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams
    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and a good working relationship
    • Organise and conduct CPDs, product seminars and company presentations
    • Analyse usage data and recommend changes to current processes
    • Organise and attend seminars, exhibitions and conferences
    • Provide feedback on products, the market and competitor activity
    • Identify business opportunities and coordinate customer feedback
    • Organise focus groups with the Key Account portfolio
    • Assist the Product Manager to investigate market value of new services and ensure successful market penetration
    • Produce and work to account development plans / quarterly sales presentations, team objectives and the company’s core values
    • Supply accurate and timely monthly reports
    • Attend and contribute to the monthly sales meeting

    Candidate Experience:

     

    • Proven track record of strong revenue growth in a fast-paced, service orientated, B2B organisation
    • Outstanding communications skills, and an ability to communicate and influence at all levels
    • Top individual performer in current company
    • A background in data or data services advantageous, likewise legal or conveyancing
    • Calm, composed, professional, high integrity, honest, fair, compassionate  
    • Highly organised and efficient, able to manage and prioritise work effectively, with an attention to detail
    • Ability to construct and deliver persuasive presentations
    • A driver of your own performance to exceed expectations
    • Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
    • Ability to network and build excellent rapport with varied customers and colleagues
    • Comfortable working from home, using core Microsoft Office applications
