We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who can grow and maintain long term Key Accounts using a consultative approach. As a Key Account Manager you will be part of a unique team, building strong relationships with the Key Account portfolio and our prospect client base, identifying needs and requirements, increase transactional spend, win new business and promote our Group services and products.
You will need have good understanding of the residential and /or commercial property markets, pro-active approach in finding business solutions for your clients, you will need solid communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to establish and grow relationships quickly and effectively, be able to prioritise and re-focus work effectively. You will need a minimum of 5 years’ in a customer facing /field sales or account management experience preferable within the B2B sectors and a thorough understanding of professional account selling.
