We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Exeter, the role is open to both full and part time applicants. The core elements of the role will be the identification and definition of requirements for improving parts of processes and systems, reducing their costs, enhancing their sustainability along with the quantification of potential business benefits.
You will work closely with Service Delivery Managers and the Sales/Bid team to understand the key business drivers and to provide business analysis services in support of the project, services design and delivery to aid in the achievement of the business goals. Dependant on the project, there may be a requirement for matrix style management across the different disciplines to deliver services on time and to agreed quality. A solid grasp of enterprise technologies together with the ability to apply Agile thinking will enable you to provide best in class solutions to deliver quality services in line with our customer requirements.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be an experienced Business Analyst with exposure to working within software delivery environments. It would be highly advantageous if you have specific training in business process analysis and presentation skill with the ITIL Foundation certificate. You will need to be an effective communicator with stakeholders, both internal and external to the business. We are looking for someone with a natural ability to manage their own workload and take ownership for ensuring the highest quality standards at all times.
