SearchFlow is the largest business in the Landmark portfolio, and the industry leading provider of conveyancing reporting. Landmark is currently heavily investing in developing the next generation SearchFlow product platforms, and requires an experienced Head of Product to oversee this exciting new stage of our company’s evolution.
Landmark Information Group offers market leading solutions in many key areas of property transacting. Our solutions are used by Estate Agencies, Mortgage Lenders, Valuation Surveyors, Conveyancing professionals, and others.
We are looking for a Head of Product to be instrumental in delivering the new Searchflow product stack, and achieving Landmarks strategic objective of offering holistic property solutions which could ultimately help reduce residential property purchase times from months to weeks.
You will lead a team of Product Managers in achieving these outcomes, ensuring they are driving the best commercial and technical outcomes for the group. This role will form part of the Group Product Leadership team, and will work closely with other Heads of Product, identifying strategic opportunities to unify existing capabilities into innovative new propositions. This includes contributing the portfolio roadmap to the overall Group roadmap, securing investment in new initiatives through Group Product Board, driving best practice amongst Product Managers and leading comprehensive Go to Market activities. You will work closely with Heads of Delivery and Sales and play a key part in aligning value propositions to the appropriate technology stacks, agreeing buy/build/partner/retire decisions and identifying opportunities to make product components reusable by as many solutions as possible
You must have proven experience in Product Management with experience of product portfolio integration across multiple divisions and of working with external customers. The ability to manage a multi-product roadmap is required with experience of implementing product best practice across a diverse team. You must have the skill to write and deliver business cases with supporting documentation and be able to deliver effective presentations. You must be able to manage others and team leaders effectively and run and organise successful meetings and workshops. You should have strong communication and influencing skills with strong planning, product management and product marketing skills. You should thrive on problems and be flexible with the ability to adapt with market and Company changes. It is desirable to have a degree in a relevant field, however this is not essential.
