We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of an existing team and portfolio of accounts across a defined area of England and wales. You will be accountable for achieving agreed regional volume and NR targets and motivating and supporting the Regional Team on a daily basis. You will lead by example by managing your own portfolio of high net worth accounts and produce detailed monthly reports. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop tactical business plans for the regional portfolio setting clear objectives and targets. To ensure our clients receive excellent customer service you will work closely with the Helpdesk and other departments.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have proven Sales Management experience with excellent leadership qualities. You must have a proven track record in Field sales and have good presentation and IT skills. You must be self-motivated with the ability to motivate others. We require you to have excellent communication skills and be driven by targets.
