We are looking for a Booking and Scheduling Specialist that believes in delivering ‘first class service’, this is a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be working in a small friendly team that is responsible for Booking and Scheduling conveyancing searches and working collaboratively with our internal and external customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks related to booking and scheduling conveyancing searches, ensuring first call resolution for our customers while building effective working relationships with your team members and the wider operational team.
To be considered you will need to have previous experience working in an administrative role, quick and accurate data entry skills, the ability to work well under pressure and an excellent telephone manner.
