It also has operations in Germany in the form of On-Geo, and interests in Holland. The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Apprentice to join our busy Finance Team on a Fixed Term Contract. You will assist the Finance department in the day to day processing of both the sales ledger and purchase ledger functions.

You will be responsible for processing sales ledger cheques, scanning all purchase ledger invoices and emailing to request approvals and scanning Bankline payments ready for authorisation. You will manage the purchase ledger filing, which includes invoices, expenses and credit cards, as well as making payments. Additionally you will check supplier statements received to the accounting system and Data Provider invoices. You will be able to assist with the year-end group reporting and support the annual internal and external audits. You will also be included in any projects as and when they arise.

    About You

To be considered for this role we require you to have 5 GCSE's including Maths and English Language (Grade A-C) or equivalent. You will need to have basic Excel skills including the ability to link worksheets, sort and filter data, and use formulae. A flexible approach to work, with the ability to use initiative to prioritise and organise your own workload is required. You must be a team player, proactive, enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to work under pressure. In return we will provide you with support and training to complete your Apprenticeship successfully.

If you believe you have the skills, knowledge and experience for this role, and what to be part of an exciting organisation that transforms the land and property industries, we would like to hear from you.
