We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Advisor to provide a Customer Services function to our existing customers. You will represent the voice of our customers and ensure that this is heard by our Senior Management. You will be expected to develop a strong relationship with all Ochresoft customers and also work cooperatively with other departments on joint approaches to new and existing customers. Also you will help instil and reinforce the Ochresoft strategy and vision to our customers to ensure we both have a clear vision of the future.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have proven experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a B2B sector, with the drive to exceed minimum expectations. You need to be versatile and have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels. It is also essential that you are able to analyse and interpret Excel spreadsheets and be competent with all Microsoft Office applications. We require excellent written and oral skills with the ability to effectively network and build a rapport quickly with customers and colleagues.
