The National Land Information Service (NLIS) provides a single point of electronic access to a variety of sources of land and property information, including every local authority in England and Wales, HMLR, water companies and other organisations that provide official sources of data. Regulated by Land Data, it is the safest, most secure data hub in the land and property search information market. Over 24 million NLIS searches have been processed since its launch in 2001.
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individual who has a proactive approach in helping us deliver ‘First class Customer Service’ to the Hub’s Channel customers, Local Authorities and other data providers our based in our Kings Hill, Kent office.
As a Customer Helpdesk Advisor, you will be part of a team that is jointly responsible in supporting the Hub’s Channel customers, Local Authorities and other data providers, ensuring that customer queries are being dealt with promptly and thoroughly, with a strong focus on first call resolution and profound customer service. This is fixed term contract for 9 months.
You will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, Proficient communication skills and the Ability to work well under pressure be extremely organized and have excellent attention to detail. Able to work flexibly, as a team as well as on your own to meet deadlines and targets. Ideally, you will have some experience in helpdesk environment.
