We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional to join our Senior Leadership Team to manage the strategic and operational marketing program for our expanding technology business. The successful candidate will help increase new sales, retain existing business and enhance the brand awareness, image and reputation to both internal and external audiences.
You will lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, using the full marketing mix that help generate appropriate leads, increase communications and raise awareness of our propositions and products. The role will involve some UK travel and deadlines that require a flexible approach.
This is an extremely varied marketing role within a small but growing business with huge scope and potential to make a positive impact. You’ll be responsible for the creation, management and implementation of both strategic and tactical marketing plans, delivering a mix of brand and product promotion. You will engage with key stakeholders (both internally and externally) to devise customer acquisition, up-selling and retention strategies and manage external creative and PR agencies to help achieve marketing objectives through the implementation and execution of a media and advertising campaign plan, with overall responsibility for the marketing budget. As part of the wider Landmark Information Group, you will be supported by the group Marketing team.
Working closely with Product Development, you will support key product launches and undertake market research and provide product and sales collateral. You will also have responsibility for all aspects of events management, graphic design and content creation for customer/staff communications, website features and social posts. On a monthly basis, you will be responsible for marketing collateral and stock inventory and monthly marketing reporting for the management information pack.
To be considered for this opportunity you will be an experienced B2B marketing professional with online/digital experience gained from operating within the property/conveyancing industry, with a high level of experience of working at both a strategic and tactical level.
You will possess a relevant qualification in marketing (degree of CIM preferred) in addition to solid copy writing, HTML and Photoshop experience, be comfortable working with Excel and advanced formulas in addition to previous exposure to SalesForce or other CRM software.
You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical abilities with the ability to influence and gain commitment at all organisational levels. Finally, you will have outstanding presentations skills, confident in public speaking and ability to explain technical concepts quickly and easily to non-technical audiences.
