We’re looking for a talented Workflow Developer to join our Software Development team based in Swindon. This is a technical role with a steep learning curve in understanding and utilising our proprietary XBPL scripting language. You will be responsible for providing high quality implementation of workflow code (using XBPL) to meet the requirements and functional design specifications of our products, which will include (and not be limited to) overall task flow; database fields; content and content bindings (e.g. letters, forms). Working closely with the Business Analyst, you will customise workflow documents in accordance with customer specifications, ensuring that templates, content and formatting meet customer requirements.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a highly motivated, goal orientated team player with some strong commercial experience behind you. It is essential that you have demonstrable experience in case management or workflow development with knowledge of database structures and design. Experience of developing software within a legal environment (property or private client) would be highly advantageous. You should be familiar with SQL, XML/HTML and have some exposure to C#, in addition to experience in working with MS Visio. If you have experience or an understanding in cloud based technologies (such as Azure/AWS) then we'd love to hear from you. Also, you should have a full understanding of the software development lifecycle including Agile methodologies.
