Landmark Information Group, part of the Daily Mail & General Trust (DMGT), is the UK's leading provider of land and property search information, including digital mapping, environmental risk reports for property professionals and sophisticated property management tools to surveyors, risk and fraud managers and the broader financial markets. We develop both products and services/solutions for our customers, ranging from environmental consultants, surveyors and some of the UK's largest banks & lending institutions (to name just a selection) who all have a common interest - land and property information.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Apprentice to join our busy Customer Services Team based in our vibrant Reading office. You will be passionate about providing high quality service, support and advice to our customers.
A typical day will involve you supporting our customers via the telephone, email and incoming post. You will undertake on the job training to investigate all customer queries fully using our available documentation and liaising with our product, consultancy and data teams. Full training on our internal systems (including MS Office and Salesforce) will also be provided to enable you to record any information relating to customer interactions.
One aspect of the role will involve assisting with the day to day running of one our specialist probate products providing the opportunity to follow an order through from receipt to dispatch and becoming an expert in this product. Additionally, you will provide broader customer services support to the Legal, Environment and Mapping sectors of the team. This will give you the opportunity to learn how each of these market sectors operate and the different approaches required by each of them.

To be considered for this apprenticeship it is essential that you are keyboard proficient and have strong PC skills as well as a working knowledge of the internet.
Your written and verbal communication skills will be effective and accurate in addition to you possessing a polite, professional telephone manner.You will have the ability to organise, prioritise, plan and follow through on multiple concurrent tasks and respond positively to working within strict timeframes.
